Business Faculty Awards

Tenbensel and Dee are pleased to be involved with the University of Tasmania in recognising high achieving students. The Tenbensel and Dee medal is awarded for the Highest Achievement by a graduating MPA (Master of Professional Accounting) student at UTAS.

Our firm has a history with the MPA award.  Over the last three years the firm has employed four excellent staff members all of whom successfully completed the MPA degree.  Tenbensel and Dee was approached by the University of Tasmania to further encourage and provide incentives to MPA students and we were delighted to do so by way of an annual Award commencing in 2007 for five years.

The winners so far:        2007    Kathy Zhang
                                           2008    Corinne Jager

The medal is a stainless steel hand beaten disc designed by Tasmanian artist Bruce Pringle and engraved with the name and year of the winner and is presented in a beautifully crafted sassafras wooden box made from local timber by Tasmanian artist Max Ling.
