Tas-Air Pty Ltd

Tas-Air Pty Ltd was placed into liquidation on 3 February 2012.  The company has ceased operations.

A meeting of creditors will be held on Tuesday 14 February 2012 at 11:00 am in the Bowen Room, Hadley's Hotel, 34 Murray Street, Hobart, Tasmania

The following notices, statements and reports are relevant for this meeting:

1. A formal notice of meeting
2. Declaration of relationships
3. Summary of Company Affairs
4. List of creditors (as currently known to the liquidator)
5. Remuneration Report
6. A formal proof of debt
7. Proxy form to enable you to vote

If you are appointing a proxy, please ensure documents 6and 7 are returned to the liquidator by 4 pm on Friday 10 February 2012.

Ticket and voucher holders

If you hold an unused ticket or voucher for flights with Tas-Air Pty Ltd you are an unsecured creditor of the company.  Unfortunately, we are not in a position to offer refunds.  What you can do is lodge a claim with the liquidator.  At this stage, you will need to advise us of your name, address and the value of your vouchers or tickets.

If you have a ticket for flights with Tas-Air Pty Ltd you will need to make alternative travel arrangements.

Pilots and student pilots

We are making arrangements to retrieve and return pilot log books that were left at Tas-Air offices.  If your current contact details are not in your log book, please contact us.
